GOD (ELOHIM) IS THE GREAT CREATOR
INTRODUCTION
In every generation, humanity wrestles with origins. Where did we come from. Who began it all. Scripture answers without hesitation. Before matter, before motion, before time itself, there was Elohim. He did not evolve. He did not inherit power. He created. His Name, Elohim, reveals His nature. He is the Great Creator, unmatched, unassisted, and eternally sovereign.
1. HIS NAME DECLARES HIM AS CREATOR
Genesis 1:1 – In the beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth. Scripture opens with creation because creation begins with Elohim. His Name stands at the doorway of existence, declaring that nothing starts without Him and nothing continues without His will.
2. HE ALONE CREATED EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS
Exodus 20:11 – For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is. All realms of existence came from one Source. Creation is not shared glory. Elohim does not co create. He alone is responsible for all that exists.
3. HE CREATED BY SPEAKING, NOT BY STRUGGLING
Genesis 1:3 – And Elohim said, Let there be light: and there was light. Elohim did not labour to create. He spoke with authority, and reality responded instantly. His Word carries creative power.
4. CREATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH HIS WORD
Psalm 33:6 – By the word of the LORD were the heavens made. Elohim brought all things into existence through His spoken Word, which expressed His will and executed His command. Creation did not occur independently of Him, nor through another creator, but through His own Word in action. And we know according to the Scriptures, the Word was Messiah, READ John 1:1-21.
5. HE CREATED FROM NOTHING INTO SOMETHING
Hebrews 11:3 – Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of Elohim, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. EX NIHILO means out of nothing. Elohim did not reshape existing matter. He spoke into absolute nothingness, and existence began.
6. THE EXCEPTION – MAN WAS CREATED IN THE IMAGE AND LIKENESS OF ELOHIM. HE WAS CREATED FROM SOMETHING, THE DUST
Genesis 1:26–27 reveals that the first man was created in Elohim’s image and likeness. Though formed from dust, man carries divine likeness, moral responsibility, and spiritual capacity, setting him apart from all other created beings.
7. NO ONE ASSISTED HIM IN CREATION
Isaiah 44:24 – I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens ALONE; that spreadeth abroad the earth by MYSELF. Elohim openly declares that He created ALONE. Any claim of assistance contradicts His own testimony and diminishes His glory. And tantamount to a scandal, blasphemous and apostasy.
8. HE COMPLETED CREATION IN SIX DAYS
Genesis 2:2 – And on the seventh day Elohim ended his work which he had made. Creation followed divine order and intention. Nothing was rushed, missing, or unfinished. Elohim completed His work perfectly. He blessed the Seventh Day and Sanctified it. He kept it as a reminder of His creation and His Creative power.
9. HE BLESSED AND SANCTIFIED THE SEVENTH DAY
Genesis 2:3 – And Elohim blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it. Before any nation existed, the Sabbath was set apart. It was blessed and sanctified by Elohim Himself as a gift to mankind.
10. HE WROTE THE SABBATH INTO HIS ETERNAL LAW
Exodus 20:8 – Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. The Sabbath commandment points directly to creation. Remembering the Sabbath is remembering the Creator and acknowledging His authority. It shows our patriotism and loyalty to Him as Our Creator and Creator of everything.
11. SCRIPTURAL WITNESS TO ELOHIM AS CREATOR
Genesis 1:1; Nehemiah 9:6; Psalms 33:6;
95:5; Isaiah 40:28; Jeremiah 10:12; Acts 17:24; Romans 1:20; Colossians 1:16; Revelation 4:11
CONCLUSION
Creation is not a theory to debate but a truth to bow before. Elohim stands ALONE at the beginning of all things, unmatched and unassisted. In the beginning there was no man to assist Him Create. He created the first man on earth on the sixth Day. The heavens still declare Elohim’s glory. The Sabbath still points to His hands. The Word still testifies of Him. To know Elohim as Creator is to walk in humility, obedience, and awe.

MUNGU (ELOHIM) NI MUUMBA MKUU
UTANGULIZI
Katika kila kizazi, wanadamu hujikuta wakihangaika na swali la Uumbaji. Tulitoka wapi? Ni nani aliyeanzisha yote? Maandiko yanajibu bila kusitasita. Kabla ya maad, kabla hata ya wakati, Elohim alikuwepo. Hakubadilika wala hakurithi mamlaka. Aliumba. Jina Lake, Elohim, linafunua asili Yake. Yeye ni Muumba Mkuu, hana kifani, wala msaada, na anatawala milele.
1. JINA LAKE LINAMTANGAZA KUWA MUUMBA
Mwanzo 1:1 – Hapo mwanzo Elohim aliziumba mbingu na nchi. Maandiko yanaanza na uumbaji kwa sababu uumbaji unaanzia kwa Elohim. Jina Lake linasimama mlangoni mwa uwepo, likitangaza kwamba hakuna chochote kinachoanza bila Yeye, na hakuna kinachoendelea bila mapenzi Yake.
2. YEYE PEKEE NDIYE ALIYEUMBA KILA KITU KILICHOPO
Kutoka 20:11 – Kwa maana kwa siku sita Elohim aliumba mbingu na nchi, bahari na vyote vilivyomo. Nyanja zote za uwepo zilitoka kwa Chanzo kimoja. Uumbaji si utukufu wa kugawanywa. Elohim hakuumba akishirikiana na mwingine. Yeye peke yake ndiye aliyevyumba vyote.
3. ALIUMBA KWA KUNENA
Mwanzo 1:3 – Elohim akasema, Iwe nuru; ikawa nuru. Elohim hakulemewa akiumba. Alinena kwa mamlaka, na uhalisia ukaitika papo hapo. Neno Lake lina nguvu za kuumba.
4. UUMBAJI ULITEKELEZWA KUPITIA NENO LAKE
Zaburi 33:6 – Kwa neno la Elohim mbingu zilifanyika. Elohim alileta vitu vyote katika kuwepo kwa Neno Lake lililonenwa, lililoonyesha mapenzi Yake na kutekeleza amri Yake. Uumbaji haukutokea pasipo Yeye, wala kupitia muumba mwingine, bali kupitia Neno Lake mwenyewe likitenda kazi. Nasi tunajua kwa mujibu wa Maandiko kwamba Neno alikuwa Masihi, SOMA Yohana 1:1–21.
5. ALIUMBA KUTOKA KWA HAKUNA HADI KUWA KITU
Waebrania 11:3 – Kwa imani tunafahamu ya kuwa ulimwengu ulifanywa kwa Neno la Elohim, hata vitu vinavyoonekana havikutokana na vitu vinavyoonekana. Neno EX NIHILO maana yake ni kutoka katika hakuna. Elohim hakurekebisha kitu kilichokuwepo. Alinena ndani ya utupu kamili, na uwepo ukaanza.
6. TOFAUTI: MWANADAMU ALIUMBWA KWA SURA NA MFANO WA ELOHIM, KUTOKA KWA KITU, YAANI MAVUMBI
Mwanzo 1:26-27 hufunua kwamba mwanadamu wa kwanza, Adam, aliumbwa kwa sura na mfano wa Elohim. Mwanadamu aliumbwa kutokana na mavumbi, mwanadamu hubeba mfano wa Elohim. Mwanadamu akawa na wajibu wa kiasili, na uwezo wa kiroho, jambo linalomtofautisha na viumbe wengine wote.
7. HAKUNA ALIYEMSAIDIA KATIKA UUMBAJI
Isaya 44:24 – Mimi ndimi Elohim, nifanyaye vitu vyote; ninyoshaye mbingu PEKE YANGU; nitandazaye nchi PEKE YANGU. Elohim anatangaza wazi kwamba Aliumba PEKE YAKE. Dai lolote la msaada linapingana na ushuhuda Wake mwenyewe na hupunguza utukufu Wake; tena ni sawa na kashfa, kufuru, na uasi.
8. ALIMALIZA UUMBAJI KWA SIKU SITA
Mwanzo 2:2 – Hata siku ya saba Elohim alimaliza kazi Yake aliyofanya. Uumbaji ulifuata mpangilio na kusudi la Elohim. Hakuna kilichoharakishwa, kukosekana, wala kuachwa bila kukamilika. Elohim alikamilisha kazi Yake kwa ukamilifu. Aliibariki Siku ya Saba na kuitakasa, akaifanya iwe ukumbusho wa uumbaji na nguvu Yake za uumbaji.
9. ALIIBARIKI NA KUITAKASA SIKU YA SABA
Mwanzo 2:3 – Elohim akaibariki siku ya saba, akaitakasa. Kabla taifa lolote halijakuwepo, Sabato ilitakaswa. Ili barikiwa na kutakaswa na Elohim Mwenyewe kama zawadi kwa wanadamu.
10. ALIIANDIKA SABATO KATIKA SHERIA YAKE YA MILELE
Kutoka 20:8 – Ikumbuke siku ya Sabato uitakase. Amri ya Sabato inaelekeza moja kwa moja kwenye uumbaji. Kuitunza Sabato ni kumkumbuka Muumba na kukiri mamlaka Yake. Huonyesha uzalendo wetu na uaminifu wetu Kwake kama Muumba wetu na Muumba wa vyote.
11. USHUHUDA WA MAANDIKO KUHUSU ELOHIM KAMA MUUMBA
Mwanzo 1:1; Nehemia 9:6; Zaburi 33:6; 95:5; Isaya 40:28; Yeremia 10:12; Matendo 17:24; Warumi 1:20; Wakolosai 1:16; Ufunuo 4:11
HITIMISHO
Uumbaji si nadharia ya kujadiliwa bali ni kweli ya kuinamia. Elohim anasimama PEKE YAKE mwanzoni mwa vitu vyote, hana kifani wala msaada. Hapo mwanzo hakukuwa na mwanadamu wa kumsaidia kuumba. Alimuumba mwanadamu wa kwanza duniani siku ya sita. Mbingu bado zinatangaza utukufu wa Elohim. Sabato bado inaelekeza kwenye mikono Yake. Neno bado linamshuhudia. Kumjua Elohim kama Muumba ni kutembea katika unyenyekevu, utii, na kicho.
